Lemon Pepper Catfish


  • 4 Country Fresh Catch Catfish filets
  • Andy's Seasoning Salt
  • Lemon Pepper
  • 1/3 Cup of ginger ale
  • Cup of pine nuts chopped
  • Fresh parsley chopped


  1. Wash catfish filets and pat dry with paper towels
  2. Spray skillet with butter-flavored nonstick spray
  3. Sprinkle fillets with seasoning salt and lemon pepper
  4. Lightly brown in skillet over medium heat, turn once
  5. Pour ginger ale over fish reduce heat to simmer
  6. Sprinkle with pine nuts and chopped parsley
  7. Remove from heat after 10 minutes
  8. Serves 4
