This season, The Black Rep continues an innovative youth training effort, the TEEN TECH PROGRAM. The program allows interested teens to gain experience in stage management and backstage exposure. They work with mainstage productions to prepare dressing rooms for actors, make adjustments to costumes, prepare props and perform other activities prior to and during the run of each show.
